SAMTYKKE TIL OG AJOURFØRING AF POLITIKKEN
Ved at benytte Danfoss' hjemmeside giver De Deres samtykke til, at Danfoss må indsamle og bruge Deres informationer som anført i nedenstående politik. Danfoss forbeholder sig ensidigt retten til at opdatere, omforme og ændre sin politik om beskyttelse af persondata. Alle sådanne opdateringer, omformninger og ændringer er bindende for alle brugere af Danfoss Hjemmesiden, og de vil blive bekendtgjort her.
TYPER OG BRUG AF PERSONLIGE OPLYSNINGER
Danfoss indsamler og registrerer kun personligt identificerbare oplysninger, herunder navn, titel, firma, adresse, e-post adresse, telefonnumre osv., når en gæst på Danfoss' Hjemmeside logger sig på for at blive "registreret bruger". Danfoss kræver ikke disse oplysninger for at give Dem adgang til de dele af hjemmesiden, der er alment tilgængelige for offentligheden.
TREDJEMAND
En bemyndiget tredjemand kan have behov for at få adgang til nogle af Deres personlige oplysninger. Hvis Danfoss f. eks. skal sende et produkt til Dem, er Danfoss nødt til at videregive Deres navn og adresse til en speditør. Danfoss begrænser tredjemands adgang til og brug af Deres personlige oplysninger. Danfoss deler ikke på anden måde Deres personlige oplysninger med tredjemand, med mindre De giver Danfoss tilladelse hertil.
